Microsoft Office 2024 is supported until October 9, 2029, and Office LTSC 2024 ends on the same day. Office 2024 was released on October 1, 2024 under Microsoft's Modern Lifecycle Policy with a single retirement date. Office LTSC 2024, released on September 18, 2024, follows the Fixed Lifecycle Policy: Microsoft's overview says it receives five years of mainstream support and no extended support afterwards. Either way the result is five years. Office 2016 was supported for ten and Office 2019 for seven.

- Office 2016 or 2019: out of support since October 14, 2025. Move now.
